A refurbishment of an existing Subway retail unit situated in Sheffield’s largest shopping complex, Meadowhall. Updated and completed out of working hours to allow trading to continue.

Their new corporate design and fittings were introduced as well as a new stainless steel and glass terraced seating area to expand the dining area to increase customer eat-in sales.

Overview

Soft Refurbishment to 92 bedrooms and corridors. This project was carried out on a phased programme to accommodate the hotel live environment, MRV Interiors were responsible for successfully implementing all aspects of the works instrumental in creating a comfortable and relaxing ambiance to these newly refurbished rooms.

Reception lounge and public areas were opened up to create a more open plan. This gave the opportunity for a complete re model of the ground floor public areas. Additional works included the creation of a new entrance to reception / lounge bar. Associated works including, electrical, joinery decorations and floor finishes.

Overview

This existing night club, was stripped right back to basic structure.

Total refurbishment including exposure of concrete ceilings and brick walls which were sandblasted, complimented with timber cladding which gave an industrial theme. Existing toilet facilities upgraded and the installation of a new bar servery and kitchen.

This original urban concept was the first of this type for Big Johns, situated in the heart of Birmingham, the project consisted of basement toilets, storage and prep areas with the restaurant located at ground floor level, which boasted a subtle mixture of timber floors, brickwork and feature lighting.

Unique and distinctive bespoke furniture complemented the whole design concept.
